A short-term study abroad program involving a group of students and 2 faculty members as part of a class.

The Education Abroad Program is currently accepting Study Abroad Applications. ISU students interested in Studying Abroad must first book a Study Abroad Advising meeting before starting the ISU-Study Abroad Application.

Traditional Study Abroad Programs

Indiana State University offers traditional study abroad programs that immerse students in diverse cultures while enhancing their academic and personal growth through international experiences.

South Africa doesn’t have student affairs programs. They don’t train people to be orientation leaders, provosts, etc. They don’t have that level of training. So, they ask us to come to South Africa and train these individuals. I learn so much from South Africans when I’m over there, too. I learn more about their culture.
